1. Personalise Your Text
Each print includes fully customisable text, allowing you to create something truly meaningful. Please complete all order details carefully to ensure your artwork is fully personalised and unique to you.

2. Provide Your Reference Image (if applicable)
Upload a clear, high-quality reference image where required. For home prints, we may be able to work from online reference images, however this is not always suitable for every design.

3. Artwork Creation
Once we have received all required information and payment, your artwork will be created. Your print is thoughtfully illustrated in the style you have chosen, with careful attention to detail and character.

4. Final Delivery
Your completed artwork will be delivered based on your chosen format:

• High-quality digital download — sent via email, ideal for printing, gifting, or sharing

• Professionally printed A4 artwork — carefully printed and posted directly to you

Bespoke Prints:

All Digi prints are instant downloads. As soon as payment is confirmed, you can access and download your files straight away from the downloads section on your account.

Personalised Artwork is typically created within 3–7 working days after we have received all required information and payment.

• Printed artworks are dispatched after printing and usually arrive within 3–5 working days after creation time (UK delivery).

Bespoke orders may require additional time depending on complexity — estimated timelines will be provided where applicable.

Royal Mail Second Class delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, however delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods.

The bespoke option is a fully custom service tailored specifically to your request. This may include custom layouts, multiple reference images, specific styling requests, or artwork created outside of our standard designs. Bespoke orders are priced separately and may require additional turnaround time.

Your order will depend on the format selected at checkout:

• Digital Download
  You will receive a high-resolution PDF & PNG file, suitable for professional or home printing. No physical item will be sent.

• Printed Artwork
  You will receive an A4 professionally printed artwork, produced on high-quality photo paper and carefully packaged for delivery.

All personalised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty or incorrect due to our error. Please double-check all personalisation details before ordering, as refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for customer errors.

As standard, we do not offer previews or revisions unless stated in the product description. Minor adjustments may be considered at our discretion. If you require guaranteed revisions or approval before final delivery, we recommend selecting a bespoke option.
