About Us


Hi, I’m Caitlin — the creative heart and hands behind Rose Glow Gifting. I’m a born-and-bred Cumbrian with a lifelong love for art and all things crafty. From drawing and colouring alongside my grandad to experimenting with every DIY hobby imaginable — including making bandanas for my four beautiful Siamese cats (yes, I’m a proud “crazy cat lady”) — creativity has always been part of who I am. When I’m not designing prints, you’ll probably find me outside: walking among the fells in the Lakes, spending time with my horses, or playing rugby. Life moves fast, and creating is my way to slow down, recharge, and bring joy into something tangible.

JUL 2024 – THE FIRST PRINT

A single print created for a friend — and the moment we saw how thoughtful, personal gifting could spark real joy.

CHRISTMAS 2024 – THE SPARK

Personalised gifts for loved ones led to kind words, happy reactions, and the question that changed everything: “Do you sell these?”

2025 — GROWING QUIETLY

What began with family soon reached friends of friends — shared, requested, and loved through personal messages, long before there was a brand.

How to order

1. Choose Your Home Image Send us a clear, high-quality image of the property. If you don’t have a photo, please email us — we can sometimes work from Google Maps reference images, although this isn’t always the best option for all properties.

2. Personalise Your Text Each print includes fully customisable text, allowing you to create a truly meaningful piece:
• Title — e.g. Our New Home, Our First Home, Our Forever Home
• Address — first line only (name/number and street)
• Date — typically your move-in date (e.g. EST August 2025)
• Name(s) — individuals, couples, or families
• Text Colour — selected from our provided colour chart

3. Artwork Creation Your home is carefully reimagined in our Softline illustration style, preserving its character and proportions while enhancing it with soft linework and gentle texture.

4. Final Delivery Choose the format that suits you best:
• High-quality digital download — perfect for multiple uses, reprinting, or sharing
• Professionally printed A4 artwork — carefully printed and posted directly to you

How long does it take to receive my order?

All prints are made to order.

I require up to 5 working days to create your personalised order. Once completed, your order is dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class.

Bespoke/custom designs:

Bespoke orders may take slightly longer depending on complexity. A more accurate timeframe will be provided once we’ve discussed your design.

Royal Mail Second Class delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, however delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods.

Can I see a proof before my order is printed?

For standard personalised prints, proofs are not automatically provided unless stated in the product description.

For bespoke designs, a digital proof will be sent for approval before printing. One round of minor amendments is included unless otherwise agreed.

What is the bespoke option?
If you’re looking for something completely unique, bespoke prints are available.

This service allows you to request:

– Custom wording or layouts

– Specific colour palettes

– Design adjustments not available on standard listings

– A fully custom print design

For bespoke options, please Contact Us directly with your ideas or requests. We will work closely with you throughout the process to design and create a truly bespoke print tailored specifically to you.

Pricing and timeframes may vary depending on the complexity of the design. A digital proof will be provided for approval before printing.

What if I made a mistake on my order?

If you notice a mistake, please Contact Us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet gone into production, I may be able to amend the details. However, once work has begun or the print has been completed, changes may no longer be possible.

Because all prints are personalised, I cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors provided by the customer.
Can I return or exchange my print?
Due to the personalised nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If your order arrives damaged, please Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs so the issue can be resolved quickly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, please Contact Us within 48 hours with photos of:

– The damaged item

– The packaging it arrived in

– I will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Can I use the artwork for commercial purposes?
All artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is not permitted without prior agreement.
